The technical service for the building is provided by Zintegrowane Systemy Techniczne Sp. z o.o., which is responsible, among other things, for repairs or clarifying technical issues in the leased premises.
Reporting malfunctions
Malfunctions can happen even in the best building. But in a top-notch building like ours, this situation is not a cause for concern. Simply report the malfunction to the technical manager and we will take care of the rest. There is one catch, however, in the small print: only the person designated by the tenant of the premises to report a malfunction can do so.
How you can report a fault depends on how urgently it needs to be fixed. Cases requiring an immediate response should be reported by phone directly to the technician at +48 512 154 716. For all other reports, simply send an e-mail to:
