Office renovation

Pro tip
Report the renovation work to the property manager submitting an approval form. You can begin renovation work as soon as you are granted permission.
A complete set of data is needed to ensure that the work is approved efficiently. You will need to include in the notification the technical documentation, information on the scope of the work, the planned duration of the work, the extent to which the work will cause inconvenience to other tenants, method of securing the building’s space, as well as the contractor’s public liability policy (including CAR policy, if required) and details of the person coordinating the work on behalf of the tenant.
Common areas
Freedom in your own home!. Still, not where employees of different companies meet. Apart from the examples given in the branding section, you must not display any signs, information, flags, posters, adverts etc. in common areas. This applies to windows, doors, corridors and other shared parts of the building unless you are given special permission. To get it, make sure that everything you want to put in common areas is unobtrusive and fits in with the surroundings.
