ARCHITECTURE
After reconstruction in 2015, the complex retained its four steel bays – elements of the pre-war market hall designed by Dr. Eng. Stefan Bryła, which was the largest building of its kind in Poland when it opened in 1937. The black façade, in turn, refers to the mining traditions of Katowice. Partly thanks to this, Supersam remains one of the most architecturally interesting buildings in the city centre.
