How do I get my access cards?
You will receive the first cards in the number specified in the lease agreement and they will be issued directly to your company. For security reasons, it must be possible to identify users, so we recommend that you keep internal records to ensure that, if necessary, you can easily assign a pass number to its user.
The manager will hand over the passes to you during the handover of the premises or immediately after the completion of the fitting-out works.
Card design
You will receive cards from the property manager or technical manager and should not modify them in any way. If you stick something on them, they may not work properly.
Issuing new cards
You don’t need to worry about the exact number of access cards your company initially needs to have – we can always issue more! You can request them by sending an e-mail to building security. The request should contain all the data necessary to program them. The costs of their issuance are borne by the tenant.
Pro tip
Should you need to modify the details on your access card or wish to obtain a new card, please contact the authorised person in the administration department of your company. Only this person is authorised to request this from the property manager and technical manager.

Each card can be programmed to give you access to different areas, such as locker room. Choose what you need and customise the card to suit you!
CARD MODIFICATION STEP BY STEP
Provide building security with an e-mail request to modify access data on the access card.
Don’t forget to include the serial number of the card you want to modify.
Changes will be implemented as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged card
One of your employees has lost or damaged their access card? No problem! Simply report its deactivation to building security immediately to block access.
ACCESS CARD REPLACEMENT STEP BY STEP
Provide the building security with an e-mail request to deactivate a damaged or lost card.
In the request, provide the card serial number.
A new pass will be issued within 3 working days of your request.
