Reception
As the reception desks are currently out of order, some extra activity on your part is needed. We would appreciate it if you could monitor whether the courier you are expecting has turned up.
Small and medium parcels
Couriers with parcels that do not require carts are welcome to use any entrance.
Delivery zone
All deliveries in either large quantities or of considerable size should be arranged so as not to interfere with building access by other users. There is some reciprocity to it: the users won’t impede the unloading and transfer of goods to their destination. For this reason, such operations can be carried out in the delivery zone, which is located on level -1. From there, suppliers can conveniently take the public cargo lift to the right floor and go to the right premises.
We are keen to ensure that deliveries run smoothly. To this end, we ask that you notify us about them at least one day before the delivery and provide the registration number of the vehicle that will make the delivery. Deliverers who have not been notified to the security will not be allowed on the delivery ramp.

Cars with a maximum height of 3.9 m can enter the delivery zone. Please notify your suppliers accordingly.

If you do not have direct access to the delivery aisles, you can only accept goods before the shops open or after they close.
Dimensions of the cargo lift
Inform suppliers that they must not block the lift. Remember that not everything would fit into it. For this reason, we have prepared a graphic with the dimensions of the lift at Supersam.
